This is a Brand New, In Box, fully packaged Monogram 1/24th Scale "110 Offy Midget" Racer Slot Car. This car is in its original box and packaging, and comes with paperwork as well. This item has not been removed from its packaging for testing. The outside box has some small flaws but no damage.
