Digitrax UT4D DCC throttle

Excellent product for running one engine. Very simple, great range. Too bad it is not made anymore.

Only issue with the order was the delivery. 10 days by UPS plus a signature was required. I was given no choice. Cost me an additional $20 to change the date as to when I would be home. I will never allow that to happen again.

Hello JP, glad you like the product! I am sorry to hear about you problems with shipping and delivery. We do warn that it takes usually 5-8 business days for items to ship. Since you ordered on a Friday and most mail carriers do not ship over the weekend it took 10 days to deliver.

We also require signatures on delivery for all items over $100 dollars. This is to protect your package from theft which is very common today. We apologize for the inconvenience and hopefully you can keep these factors in mind if you order from us in the future!
